In 2010 WKB Systems GmbH took over the know-how and production capacities of W+K Group. For the building materials industry WKB Systems GmbH manufactures equipment and turn-key plants for the production of sand lime bricks, autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) / gas concrete and ceramic bricks.

Sand lime bricks production
The key product of WKB in the field of sand lime bricks production is the worldwide known press WKP 750. Nowadays sand lime bricks presses BSP / WKP produce bricks not only in Europe but also in CIS-countries and Asia. A product portfolio newcomer is the press WKP 750 DD with a double compaction system. Turn-key plants for sand lime bricks production or fly ash bricks production count to the delivery program of WKB as well.
Autoclaved aerated concrete production
For the production of autoclaved aerated concrete WKB Systems GmbH offers single units as well as AAC turn-key plants. The product portfolio comprises for example ball mills, silos and agitators for material processing, mixing plants, casting moulds, swinging units and traversers for fermentation process as well as equipment for autoclaving process (autoclaves and steam generator), discharge and packing. Cutting line is one of the crucial elements of the AAC production process. WKB Systems GmbH offers a large variety of cutting lines that answer all the requirements of the customer. Usually a cutting line consists of a pre-cutter, a cross-cutter, a horizontal cutting unit and optionally a grip pockets milling device. Thanks to WKB technology the reinforceed elements could be also produced.
Ceramic briks production
A newly developed machinery of WKB in the field of ceramic bricks production is the ceramic brick filling machine to fill plain ceramic bricks with insulating material such as mineral wool, glas wool or polyurethane foam. There are single units such as Rustikator R06, portal or packing facilities as well as turn-key plants for ceramic bricks production offered by WKB.
Break treatment
Product portfolio of WKB Systems GmbH is also broadened by stand-alone brick treatment machines, brick saws and cutting units for production of facing bricks, corner facing bricks or shaped bricks. The WKB-Embosser as well WKB-Combi-Embosser rounds up the product portfolio.
Forging industry
For forging industry WKB Systems GmbH offers innovative solutions such as tool changing cart, crankshaft twister or conveying systems. Furthermore process automation using the robot or quality control systems – no matter if in forging industry or for example in the production of concrete blocks – are the individual engineering solutions of WKB.
